1. Services

We provide Remote Online Notary (RON) and Mobile Notary services in compliance with state and federal laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are legally authorized to request notarization.

3. Payments

• All fees must be paid prior to or at the time of service.

• Additional travel fees apply for mobile notary services.

• Payments are non-refundable once the service is completed.

4. Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing valid identification.

• Documents must be complete before notarization. We do not provide legal advice.

5. Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages arising from improper document preparation, false information, or misuse of notarized documents.
